Without having to physically appear in court, customers from different countries inside the EU can use the ODR platform to settle their differences amicably.
10.6 Claims Limitation
You have six (6) months from the date of the incident that caused your complaint to be filed. Unless otherwise mandated by law, claims received after this period will not be taken into consideration.
